The Wesley Bible Class:
Powerful, engaging, uplifting and enthusiastic would be words to describe this mixed adult class. They use the Adult Bible Study Series for their lectures and discussion and enjoy several different teachers, who rotate teaching. Periodically they enjoy getting together for a covered dish meal or an outing together.
The Crusader's Sunday School Class:
This class is a true powerhouse! Each Sunday morning finds the class together, in great anticipation to listen to one of their dynamic teachers. In addition to their regular Sunday morning sessions, they also have monthly meetings that serve two purposes: eating together and planning their programs. This class is not only involved in the life of the church, but in the life of the community as well. Therefore, because most of them are retired, they offer themselves in various capacities as volunteers and helpers around the church and community.
The New Member's Class:
Each new member of our family is encouraged to participate in this class. This is a Four Week Membership and orientation class.
Week One: An understanding of the United Methodist Church and how each church is vitally connected.
Week Two: An understanding of Lithonia First United Methodist Church. Including topics such as Our history, Orginizational structure, Activities and Membership.
Week Three: Stewardship - Our personal gifts to the Lord
Week Four: Discipleship -- Our personal gifts or skills and involvement
The
Growing Christian Class:

The Youth Class
and Children's Class:
Teachers and dedicated leaders are
available to help our child and youth grow
spiritually and there are opportunities to engage in
fun times as well.

a means of sharing diverse perspectives.
